We are pleased to welcome you to the new official website of the Peabody Veterans Memorial High School “Tanner Squadron”, Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC)! The purpose of this website is to provide program information, highlights, and unit and individual accomplishments to members of the unit, students, parents, guardians, and the citizens of Peabody, Massachusetts.

The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) is a co-curricular program offered to high school students that teaches cadets character education, student achievement, wellness, leadership, and diversity.

AFJROTC is not a military recruiting program.

The PVMHS Tanner Squadron (MA-951) is committed to the Air Force Core Values of “Integrity First,” Service Before Self,” and “Excellence in All We Do.” The program applies these values toward the Peabody Vision of the Graduate to create problem solvers, grow self managers, encourage global thinking, innovate artistically, build good teammates, communicate effectively, and find a productive path to serve the community.
